Oct 22-29, 2023 $1,000 Single Occupancy (Save $400) Dreams Natura: 4 Nights | Resort Training | Wedding Set Ups | Event Venues & Training | Specialty Dining Experience | Xcaret at Night | All-inclusive The Fives: 3 Nights | Site inspections of 3 resort brands | Resort Training | Specialty Dining Experience | Snorkeling | All-inclusive The first FAM is All Things Dreams Natura and is approved and set for Oct 22, 2023 - Oct 26, 2022. Your FAM fee will cover your 4 nights accommodations at Dreams Natura Resorts and Spa, Resort Training, Wedding Set Ups, on property Event Venues with Training, Specialty Dining Experience, free time to enjoy the property, Xcaret at Night where you will enjoy the show in preferential seats, along with an exclusive 8-course gourmet dinner that combines the flavors and scents of Mexico, Round-trip Limo service to Xcaret at Night, all-inclusive food/beverages, and any all-inclusive activities on the properties. This DOES NOT include your airfare nor your airport transfer to Dreams Natura. Below, you will find the Familiarization Contract. This contract should be signed and returned via email to Annaliza when you submit the FAM fee. [email protected] The second FAM immediately following Dreams Natura, is The Fives Hotels & Residence. Your FAM fee will cover 3 nights accommodations at The Fives Oceanfront, Resort Brand Training, site inspections of all three properties in the Brand, all-inclusive food/beverages, any all-inclusive activities on the properties, transfer from Dreams Natura to The Fives, transfer from The Fives to Cancun International Airport upon departure, and any all-inclusive activities on the properties. This DOES NOT include your airfare and DOES NOT include your airport transfer to Dreams Natura but WILL INCLUDE your transfer from Dreams to The Fives and also from The Fives back to the airport.. 1. Space is limited. 2. These are Agent Only, no companion FAMs. 3. You must be a Travel Agent in good standing with your host agency. 4. When booking your arrival flights, please try to arrive as early in the day as you can. Your departure flight can be at any time convenient for you on departure day. 5. The FAM fee is $1000.00 USD and is NON-REFUNDABLE. 6. Pinnacle Travel Partners MUST have your full flight itinerary ASAP. Email FULL itinerary to my Executive Assistant, Kirsty-Ann at [email protected]. If your flight itinerary. And again, the FAM Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 7. Passport must be valid 6 months before and after arrival. AIRFARE - NOT included in the FAM Fee. When booking your flights please try to arrive as early as you can on the arrival date, and leave out any time on departure. Terms and Conditions
- All terms and conditions are stated below. Payment of deposit indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions:
- A credit card must be maintained on file with Pinnacle Travel Partners.
- You authorize monthly payments to be charged using your card on file as stated in your FAM Invoice you will receive.
- Airfare is NOT included in the FAM Fee, Costs, Companion Costs.
- Airport transfers may or may NOT be included, depending on which FAM you registered for. This will be indicated and confirmed on your FAM Invoice.
- Pinnacle Travel Partners will not sell travel insurance to agents attending a Pinnacle Travel Partners FAM nor to the agent's companion. It is the responsibility of registered agents to obtain their own travel insurance and insurance of their companion.
- All travelers must hold a VALID Passport and a copy must be provided to Pinnacle Travel Partners at the time of registration.
- Passports must be valid through six (6) months beyond the travel dates.
- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Due to contractual agreements with vendors and suppliers, all payments received for Pinnacle Travel Partners' FAMs and Group Trips are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
