May 15-19, 2023 $850 Single Occupancy 4 Nights | Training with 2 resorts | Training with Tourism Board | All-inclusive | Historic Bike Tour This FAM is approved and set for May 15, 2023 - May 19, 2023. The FAM fee is $850.00. This will cover your 4 nights accommodations at Sonesta Maho Resort, Casino and Spa in St Maarten, Resort Training for Sonesta Maho (Family) and Sonesta Ocean Point (Adults Only), Destination Training, Site Inspection of three (3) other all-inclusive properties, enjoy a historical bike ride through the capital town of Philipsburg enjoying the many stops at historical points of interest to rest and learn some of the colorful history, all-inclusive food/beverages, and any all-inclusive activities on the properties. This price DOES NOT include your airfare and DOES NOT include your round-trip airport transfer. Below, you will find the Familiarization Contract. This contract should be signed and returned via email to Annaliza when you submit the FAM fee. [email protected] 1. Space is limited. 2. This is an Agent Only, no companion FAM. 3. You must be a Travel Agent in good standing with your host agency. 4. When booking your arrival flights, please try to arrive by 4:00 p.m. to join us for our welcome cocktail hour, exact time TBD. 5. The FAM fee is $850.00 and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Be sure you have travel insurance. 6. Pinnacle Travel Partners MUST have your full flight itinerary NO LATER than April 1, 2023. Email FULL itinerary to my Executive Assistant & Agency Manager, Kirsty-Ann at [email protected]. If your flight itinerary is not received by this deadline, you forfeit your FAM spot to the next person on the waiting list. And again, the FAM Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 7. Passport must be valid 6 months before and after arrival. AIRFARE - NOT included in the FAM Fee. AIRPORT TRANSFERS - NOT included in the FAM Fee and is your responsibility. Terms and Conditions
- All terms and conditions are stated below. Payment of deposit indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions:
- A credit card must be maintained on file with Pinnacle Travel Partners.
- You authorize monthly payments to be charged using your card on file as stated in your FAM Invoice you will receive.
- Airfare is NOT included in the FAM Fee, Costs, Companion Costs.
- Airport transfers may or may NOT be included, depending on which FAM you registered for. This will be indicated and confirmed on your FAM Invoice.
- Pinnacle Travel Partners will not sell travel insurance to agents attending a Pinnacle Travel Partners FAM nor to the agent's companion. It is the responsibility of registered agents to obtain their own travel insurance and insurance of their companion.
- All travelers must hold a VALID Passport and a copy must be provided to Pinnacle Travel Partners at the time of registration.
- Passports must be valid through six (6) months beyond the travel dates.
- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Due to contractual agreements with vendors and suppliers, all payments received for Pinnacle Travel Partners' FAMs and Group Trips are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
