It's has 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 bathrooms.
You will find 3 bedrooms/ 1 bath/ living room on main level.
1 bedroom (+1 futon) /1 bath/ living room and lanai on the lower level.
There is separate unit on ground level with own entry. 1 bedroom (+futon)/ 1 bath /living loft.

Recently renovated in a modern style . The house also comes with amenities including hot tub ,BBQ, karaoke and more.

It's a three story house, with its own separate entry and private balconies, which can keep your stay as private as you'd like, or if you are coming as a family, as close as you'd like!

The floor upstairs consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with a skylight, a modernly decorated living room that overlooks the backyard and the Niniko stream, and a lanai where you can relax and enjoy the refreshing green view and the smell of the Hawaiian mountains. It has its own full kitchen with a bar that extends to the outdoor patio (with bar seating).

Downstairs we have one bedroom suite that holds a living room space, a large and spacious bedroom that is filled with natural lighting. You'll never find more peaceful place in this jungle!
This suite is accompanied with private bathroom and tub. Small balcony with beautiful view of Niniko stream.

Additional to that we also have another private loft with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Cozy and romantic getaway.
Separate entrance and a patio area right where the hot tub and grill are located it.

We have 3 parking spaces available if you choose to rent a car. ( Space is limited, No bigger than SUV size car if you have more than 1 car)
Bus stop is walking distance- allowing you to head north east towards Kailua or south to Downtown Honolulu which is just minutes away!

Guest access Parking: there are 3 available spaces to park in front of the house . The space is limited so no bigger than SUV size if you have more than 1.

This house also comes with amenities including a hot tub, grill, bar area connected to the interior kitchen, karaoke machine, surfboards, and beach amenities! Our previous guests have enjoyed many BBQ's, get togethers which the house accommodates for both indoor and outdoor festivities.
