PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND POLICY
A credit card must be on file with Pinnacle Travel Partners, LLC.
You have authorized monthly equal payments to be charged on your credit card on file for this Destination Experience Trip as indicated on your Invoice.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable per the Terms and Conditions.
Monthly payments which are declined at the time of payment are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.
Bookings with a missed payment not brought current within 5 business days of due date are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.
No refunds will be provided per the Terms and Conditions.

International flights are not included.
It is the responsibility of the travel agent attending the Destination Experience Trip to book his/her own international flight to and from destination.
It is further the responsibility of the travel agent attending the Destination Experience Trip to book the international flights for his/her companion who are not travel agents.
It is the responsibility of the travel agent attending the Destination Experience Trip to ensure that he/she arrives in destination on Day 1 as to not miss anything on the itinerary.
International flights are not included.
